How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within the UAE takes 2–4 business days. International orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Can I amend or cancel my order?
Orders may be amended or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us at hello@aeniq.com.

Returns

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

How do I initiate a return?
Write to hello@aeniq.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will guide you through the process.

Products

What materials do you use?
AENIQ works exclusively with natural fibres: Supima cotton, Giza cotton, mercerised cotton, and cotton-silk blends. We do not use polyester or synthetic materials.

How should I care for my AENIQ pieces?
Please refer to our Care Guide for fabric-specific instructions. As a general principle: cold wash, gentle cycle, lay flat to dry.

How do your pieces fit?
AENIQ is designed with a relaxed, considered fit — generous enough for movement, refined enough to feel intentional. Size guides are available on each product page.
