UAE
All UAE orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery: 2–4 business days. Express delivery: next business day (order before 12:00 GST).

GCC
Delivery within 3–5 business days from dispatch.

International
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 5–10 business days. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact hello@aeniq.com with your order number. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within one business day.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

We regret that we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original packaging.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange for a different size. Please contact us before returning the item so we can confirm availability.
